Terms of Service

By using this platform you agree to the terms below. These terms are a template and will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed version before public launch.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, or use KindiX with a parent's or guardian's permission. Sign-up asks for your month and year of birth and your country. A learner under the age of digital consent where they live may use KindiX only with a parent's or guardian's consent: an account they open themselves waits until a parent agrees through the link we email, or the school or university that created or invited the account has that consent.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the platform, harass other users, upload infringing material, or attempt to bypass access controls. Academic dishonesty and content that targets minors are prohibited.

3. AI assistance

The tutor uses generative AI. It can be wrong. Use it as a learning aid, not as a source of fact. Do not rely on its output for safety-critical decisions.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time from the Account page.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amounts paid, if any, in the last twelve months.
