You must be old enough to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, or have a parent/guardian's permission. Accounts for learners under 13 require parental consent.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the platform, harass other users, upload infringing material, or attempt to bypass access controls. Academic dishonesty and content that targets minors are prohibited.

3. AI assistance

The tutor uses generative AI. It can be wrong. Use it as a learning aid, not as a source of fact. Do not rely on its output for safety-critical decisions.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account at any time from the Account page.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the amounts paid, if any, in the last twelve months.
